I want a new phone number!
Friday, April 3rd, 2009So, Skype finally put out an App for the iPhone that lets you make calls over WiFi using your Skype account. I called my friend Josh tonight over it and it works great. Got me thinking. Maybe I’ll buy a new Skype phone number ($30/yr) and then unlimited minutes for $3.95 month. That way, anytime I have wi-fi I can just use that number. Or I could make it my business number for J Thomas. It comes with Voice Mail so I could leave a more professional greeting (if you’ve called me lately, you know what I mean).
Anyhow, the number I want to get, they don’t have. However, I’ve googled and I don’t think it’s taken! So I want it! Oh, you wanna know the number? 801-584-6627. Doesn’t that just sound awesome?! Okay, let’s spell it out. 801-JTHOMAS. It fits perfect!
