Great thoughts. I’ve gotten up early the last two days and gone cycling. It is hard, and I really want to sleep in tomorrow, but I am trying to be disciplined, too. Thanks for the inspiration and motivation.

Thanks, Chris! I hope you can do it soon as well. It’s nice being in an industry where it’s possible. Just beef up your portfolio, really figure out hourly pricing and get some reliable clients set up. I know, it’s easier said then done, but when the time is right it should all come together.

Glad to hear you are off to a great start. As long as you keep your pipeline full, prospecting while you work the current jobs, you should do great. Your talent is there, just takes the business discipline.

Last time I set myself up with a few good clients, but was not charging near enough. I was aiming for an hourly wage I’d like at a full time job – that’s not a good way of going about it. This time I’m aiming for the right kind of hourly rate and trying to get 2 or 3 feeders that’ll send me a decent amount of work each month.

Very nice work! Great mix of dark ambient and flash to give it the moody, Twilight feel.
